The primary goal of industrialized building construction is to achieve “two improvements and two reductions.” For enterprises, this focuses on enhancing building quality and construction efficiency. For governments, it aims to reduce labor demands and minimize environmental pollution. Prefabricated construction, which combines “finished building components + industrialized construction,” offers a cost-effective, efficient, and mutually beneficial solution for all parties involved.
Today, we will share the successful prefabricated construction experiences of Vanke and China Resources Construction.
1. Vanke Jade Park: A Successful Prefabricated Construction Case
1.1 Key Features of Vanke Jade Park
Noteworthy highlights include a 34% prefabrication rate for buildings with four or more floors, an overall prefabrication rate of 25% for the entire building, and engineering precision at the millimeter level.

1.2 Prefabricated Technology at Vanke Jade Park
This project features the design and application of PC shear wall residential buildings with a face brick reverse strike technique.

1.3 Vanke Jade Park PC Technology Implementation
The project employs an assembled integral shear wall structural system, with external PCF installed on the north and south sides, and prefabricated shear walls on the east and west mountain-facing walls. The standard layer PC layout unifies components in the same facade positions to maximize component replication. Ultimately, the project achieved over 50% PC exterior wall coverage, creating a simple, uniform facade with an elegant and refined architectural appearance.

Beyond vertical and horizontal PC applications, the project incorporates several technical methods, such as three-section screw tie formwork on the inner side of PCF wall panels, convenient vertical reinforcement connections within prefabricated walls, and scaffold-free installation techniques. These innovations make this project a benchmark for brick reverse PC shear wall residential design.

2.1 Architectural Features of CR Huafa Jing’an Mansion
The project boasts a 30% prefabricated assembly rate and incorporates green ecological housing technologies.
2.2 Prefabricated Technology Applied at Huarun Huafa Jing’an Mansion
China Resources successfully implemented sandwich insulation PC shear walls in this project.

2.3 Technology Implementation Process at China Resources Huafa Jing’an Mansion
Located in central Shanghai, this project features a full stone dry-hanging system that creates a rhythmic exterior effect. It is the first in Shanghai to adopt prefabricated sandwich insulation exterior wall PC integration technology. The uniquely assembled integral sandwich shear wall structure offers excellent insulation, waterproofing, and durability, without occupying interior space—fully embodying green and ecological housing principles.

4. Vanke Zhongfang Jade Riverside PC Technology Case
4.1 Architectural Features of Vanke Jade Riverside
This project features a 15% prefabrication rate, standardized aluminum molds, and is Shanghai’s first high-end residential building to utilize stone reverse-fired PCF shear walls.

4.2 Vanke Jade Riverside PC Technology
The Vanke Zhongfang Feicui Binjiang Phase II project successfully applied stone reverse-fired PCF shear wall technology.

Located on the south bank of the Huangpu River, adjacent to the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, this project integrates PC components with stone reverse-fired PCF shear walls. Pre-installed PCF panels are used in door and window frames, stairs, bay windows, and other components. Additionally, the use of standardized aluminum mold cast-in-place molding technology, combined with cantilever climbing frames and interlaced construction techniques, has significantly enhanced industrial construction efficiency.
