The Dune Six Goodness Hotel is a new luxury resort located along the Red Sea coast, set to become a premier destination for international travelers. This project honors the breathtaking desert landscapes of Saudi Arabia while adhering to the highest sustainable environmental standards. Its goal is to protect, preserve, and enhance the region’s remarkable biodiversity for future generations.

The master plan for this special economic zone is extensive, featuring an international airport and multiple island development projects. Notably, Shura Island serves as the central hub, highlighted by flourishing coral reefs as part of the coastal development.

Set in a stunning location where sand dunes meet mountains, the resort’s entrance features a distinctive floral canopy that shelters a verdant oasis. This canopy, planted with native species, naturally cools the area while enhancing environmental quality. The lightweight petals, covered in rope, house the welcome area and several other facilities, all surrounded by panoramic views of mountains and desert.
The hotel’s luxurious rooms are situated near a spectacular valley, offering sweeping mountain views.

The resort also boasts 40 mountain villas thoughtfully scattered across the site. Their lightweight roofs draw inspiration from the flowing shapes of sand dunes and traditional tents. Each villa respects the natural terrain, with flowing roof structures that harmonize with the colors of the surrounding sand and soil.
Additional amenities include a spa center, pool area, and specialty restaurants, all designed to celebrate local crafts, cuisine, and cultural traditions.

The spa offers a variety of traditional therapies, allowing guests to relax while enjoying tranquil views of nearby valleys and distant mountains. The pool area provides a cool oasis where guests can escape the intense sun and take in spectacular views of the sand dunes.
The specialty restaurant is perched at the highest point of the resort, providing the perfect setting for guests to enjoy a sunset dinner.

Every building structure has been carefully designed to minimize environmental impact. The landscape architecture preserves and enhances the natural features of the site, maintaining its original character and beauty.
