Documents are automatically generated based on BIM models.
The list exported from ArchiCAD to Excel can be filtered and processed using required functions with ease.
Design Phase:
Design reviews are conducted on a shared server to improve collaboration and efficiency. This approach reduces the cost of rendering by utilizing the created models for in-house processing.
Given the tight schedule and heavy workload, models are created to detect clashes promptly. Early coordination and resolution of conflicts prior to construction minimize modifications, reducing both material waste and time delays.
Construction Phase:
Accurate material lists are generated quickly, enhancing the ability to summarize and analyze costs efficiently. This enables precise project cost estimation and effective cost control.
