Abstract
The 5# Hotel (Sheraton) and 6# Hotel (Westin) projects, located in the southern area of Changbai Mountain International Tourism Resort, are mountain-style architectural developments. Upon completion, these hotels will operate as five-star and six-star establishments, covering a total construction area of 100,000 square meters.

The entire project uses the BIM design platform for collaborative work. Based on this approach, the team has completed version 1.0 of the “BIM Implementation Manual for Building Specialty” developed by the China Architecture Design and Research Institute.
