Abstract The Tianjin Dynasty Technology Exhibition Center features a French castle architectural style, covering approximately 10,000 square meters. The structure consists of four above-ground floors and one underground level. Throughout the project, the BIM platform played a crucial role in integrating various phases of the implementation process.

The Tianjin Dynasty Technology Exhibition Center project was completed in 2007. Although BIM design platforms are now widely used in architectural design, at that time, they were still emerging in Northern China. This project spanned from conceptual design through to the completion of construction drawings, effectively bridging the various design stages and preventing data loss during information handoffs.
By linking these stages efficiently, the BIM platform maximized integration, enabling the gradual refinement of the design while maintaining effective control over the depth of deliverables at each phase. Furthermore, design drawings served as an essential medium for transferring current achievements. They not only fully conveyed the design intent but also significantly reduced the workload on designers.
