AutoDesk Worksharing Monitor Warnings
If the Worksharing Monitor detects any issues affecting your management of a Revit worksharing project, it will display a warning in the “Notice” pane. These warnings are indicated by icons. Below is a list of possible warnings along with instructions and suggested solutions.

| Revit version is incompatible | Your current Revit version does not fully support the Worksharing Monitor feature. | Update to the latest version of Revit software. |
| Insufficient disk space | There is not enough disk space on disk |
Delete old or unnecessary files to free up space for saving Revit files. |
| Insufficient physical memory | Available physical memory is |
Close unimportant applications to free up memory. |
| Insufficient virtual memory | Available virtual memory is |
Save your work and restart Revit. If needed, increase your computer’s virtual memory through the Windows Control Panel. |
| Multiple tasks using one user ID | Your user ID is being used for multiple Revit tasks simultaneously, which may result in conflicting local files and confusion in the Worksharing Monitor. | Keep only one active version of the Revit project and discard others. You can copy changes from discarded versions into the version you keep. Use a unique username for each Revit task when working on multiple tasks simultaneously. |
| The network connection has been disconnected | Your network connection has been lost. You will be unable to access editing requests or central files stored on the network. | Check your network devices and settings, then try reconnecting. |
