How to Check Partitions in the System Browser in Revit
When creating a new partition and adding spaces to it, you can use the System Browser to review the hierarchical relationships between partitions and spaces. This tool also allows you to view spaces within the default partition.
To open the System Browser, go to the View tab, then the Window panel. From the User Interface dropdown list, select System Browser.
Note: You can also press the F9 shortcut key to quickly open the System Browser.
In the view bar, click on System, then select Partition.
The hierarchy of partitions and their assigned spaces will now be displayed.
Expand a partition to reveal the spaces assigned to it.
To select a partition, hold down the CTRL key and click on the desired partition.
The selected partition will be highlighted in the view.
If needed, repeat these steps to verify the spaces within each partition.
Note: Within the System Browser, you can right-click on any partition or space to select, display, delete it, or view its properties.
