How to Add Camera Animations in Navisworks
In Navisworks, you can create camera animations by capturing changes in camera position. To start, open your Navisworks scene file, then select the saved viewpoint from the ‘Camera Viewpoint’ preset positions window.
Next, you need to record the camera animation at the current position using the ‘Animator’ tool, which must be activated first. See the illustration below:
Using camera animations allows for more precise control over the camera movement, making it easier to effectively convey the scene. Similar to other animations, you can right-click on the keyframe to edit its properties, such as time, position, viewpoint, vertical and horizontal field of view, roll, and more.
