Optimizing Space Management, Component Placement, and Highlighting in Revit

Space Management

To locate and highlight components within the current view, open the drawing and navigate to the “Baoye General” tab. Under the “General Tools” section, select Space Management.

Click the Structural and Mechanical Electrical Clearance Check button to display all floor units within the current project. From the list, select the desired object, and the corresponding cell will be automatically located and highlighted in the view.
