Managing Revit Cut Boxes: Toggle Display and Switch Between 3D Views and Local Sections

Cut Box Display Toggle

Users can easily switch between 3D views and local cut boxes based on their preferences.Set the display and hiding of Revit cut boxes, switch between 3D views and local cut boxes

After performing local 3D operations, the model’s local content within the selected cut box is displayed in the drawing area, as shown below.
To toggle the cut box display, go to the “General Tools” section under the “Baoye General” tab and select “Cut Box Display/Hide”.Set the display and hiding of Revit cut boxes, switch between 3D views and local cut boxes

Once you activate this option, the cut box will be hidden, and the entire model will be visible in the drawing area.Set the display and hiding of Revit cut boxes, switch between 3D views and local cut boxes

Clicking “Cut Box Display/Hide” again will bring back the cut box view, showing only the selected portion of the model.
