Quick and Efficient Ways to Manage Revit Views

View Management

You can manage project files efficiently by using views and saving the modified content. To get started, open the drawing and navigate to the “View Management” option located in the “General Tools” section under the “Baoye General” tab.

Within the drawing area, select and click on any view you wish to manage.

Once selected, the drawing area will display the view corresponding to your choice, allowing you to perform editing operations directly within it. After saving your changes, the related content in the drawing will be updated accordingly.

Alternatively, you can click on a view within the drawing area, then click “View Management” to open the corresponding drawing for that specific view in the drawing area.
