Project Overview

The Langfang Central Hospital project is situated in the Science and Technology Valley Park, northwest of Langfang City. Covering an area of 240 acres, the facility boasts a total construction area of approximately 156,000 square meters, with 1,000 beds and classification as a tertiary Grade A hospital. The total investment in the project amounts to about 1 billion yuan.

This project stands as the largest government-funded public welfare initiative in Langfang City’s history. Notably, it is also the first government investment project in Langfang to implement a project management company model, with Ruihe Anhui Project Management Group Co., Ltd. overseeing management.
