Using 3D models to facilitate communication among various disciplines helps reduce coordination time effectively.

Staircases and wall samples are automatically generated from ArchiCAD models, enhancing design accuracy. For example, perspective views of the staircase are placed alongside plans and sections, providing clear guidance for construction.
MEP Coordination and Review to Enhance Design Quality

The MEP coordination phase integrates 3D models from multiple disciplines—including structural and equipment systems—into a single model. Virtual reality is employed to identify omissions, resolve clashes in plans and spatial layouts, and address clearance issues, thereby improving overall design quality.
