To identify and nurture young professionals, expand the expert team and enhance industry expertise, the Shenzhen Construction Industrialization Association launched the “Fireworks Plan” during the “2018 Prefabricated Building Development Trend Discussion – Prefabricated Residential Forum”. This initiative aims to promote the inheritance of excellent industry traditions and encourage young experts in prefabricated assembly to contribute actively to the field.
At the 2018 Forum on the Development Trends of Prefabricated Buildings, seven young experts born in the 1980s delivered keynote speeches, achieving significant breakthroughs in both career development and industry progress.
The torch passes from one generation to the next, carrying boundless energy. During the 2019 Forum on the Development Trends of Prefabricated Buildings, the association continued this tradition with the “Torch Plan”. Three young experts born in the 1980s presented speeches on diverse themes, showcasing their insights and wisdom. Additionally, three young professionals were selected for key industry development opportunities in 2019.
In this issue, we present a keynote speech by Ming Lihua, Technical Manager at South China Building Materials (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., who speaks from the perspective of overall bathroom components.
