Comparison: Traditional Decoration vs. Prefabricated Decoration

Integrated Ground System
The overhead ground structure stands at 10cm high, matching the height of conventional flooring. Pipelines can be conveniently routed beneath this elevated layer.
The modular underfloor heating is installed quickly and efficiently. Heating pipelines are secured within pre-planned trenches, and a bridge plate technology covers the heating pipes, enabling a dry construction method for warm floors.
This system eliminates the need for a cushion layer and plastering, streamlining the construction process.
Surface materials are versatile and can be freely chosen, including options like carpet, wood flooring, or PVC flooring.
Installation is fast and easy on-site, allowing for quick assembly, simple disassembly, and convenient maintenance.

Integrated Wall System
The walls are constructed with a light steel frame. Pipelines run through the elevated ground layer, suspended ceilings, and lightweight partition walls, which simplifies the process of replacing, adding, or maintaining electrical wiring.
These walls are non-load-bearing and primarily divide spaces, while offering sound insulation, thermal insulation, and fire resistance.
Quick installation of integrated wall panels eliminates the need for on-site wallpapering or painting, saving labor, time, and enhancing safety and environmental protection.

Integrated Ceiling System

Integrated Bathroom System

Integrated Kitchen System
This system includes diverters, integrated kitchen and bathroom units, and a negative pressure fresh air system.
Smoke exhaust pipes, oil fume separators, direct smoke exhaust, maintenance access, and integrated storage bench technology are all installed within the ceiling space.
Walls come equipped with pre-installed cabinets and hanging fixtures, complemented by rubber-coated countertops.
Indoor Pipeline System
The pipeline system is installed within the elevated floor layer, independent of indoor walls and furniture.
Placing pipelines in the elevated floor reduces damage to the building structure during maintenance and upgrades.
This approach protects the building while minimizing visible pipelines indoors, enhancing the room’s aesthetic appeal.
The system is designed for integrated on-site assembly, using standardized quick-connect technology for pipeline interfaces.
Promoting comprehensive prefabricated building decoration and new residential construction is a strategic national initiative aimed at transforming, upgrading, and fostering the healthy development of the building materials industry.
