How to Add Color to Columns in Revit

When constructing a building, columns often come in various colors. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to add color to columns in Revit.

1. Select the column and navigate to the Materials and Finishes section for the column.

2. Click on Open next to Structure Material. Then, create a new material and give it a name of your choice.

3. Edit the newly created material by adding new properties or content as needed.

4. For other columns, simply select the material you created from the materials panel.
