The project at Unit 06-01, N12-1101, Gu Village in Baoshan District, Shanghai, is situated inside the Outer Ring Road, southwest of the junction between the Outer Ring Road viaduct and the north-south viaduct. The site measures approximately 306 meters from east to west and 287 meters from north to south, covering a total construction area of 70,210.4 square meters. Recently, the project has begun the hoisting phase.

The Unit 06-01 project at N12-1101, Gucun Town, Baoshan District, utilizes prefabricated sandwich insulation wall panel technology along with precise installation and positioning methods for components. Lean construction management technology is applied throughout the entire process with information integration to resolve practical challenges, maintain quality control, and drive effective project implementation.
Prefabricated Sandwich Insulation Wall Panel Technology
This project employs prefabricated sandwich insulation exterior walls. The sandwich insulation panels consist of 60mm outer leaf wall panels, 40mm insulation panels, and 300mm inner leaf wall panels.

Following a comprehensive comparison, Hafen connectors were selected for the sandwich insulation walls to ensure a reliable connection between the inner and outer walls while maintaining thermal performance.
Precise Installation and Positioning Technology for Components
To guarantee accurate placement of prefabricated components during hoisting, steel sleeve plates are used for reinforcing steel positioning. These plates are deepened according to the factory’s component mold drawings and individually numbered. All steel holes are laser-drilled to ensure construction accuracy.

Lean Construction Management Technology with Full Process Informatization
The Lean Construction Visual Management Platform V2.0 has been fully deployed. This platform supports owners, general contractors, and prefabricated component manufacturers in efficiently and accurately managing the entire industrial building construction process.


Prefabricated components are embedded with RFID chips to enable real-time tracking and status feedback.

The platform enables precise scheduling of component supply plans. It integrates design and construction data and allows quick access to prefabricated component acceptance information and images via web or mobile devices.

The lightweight BIM model has been launched, allowing visualization of component status and providing immediate access to the latest project progress.
