Since its inception in 2013, the Asian International Building Industrialization Exhibition (BIC) has leveraged the international reach of Shanghai Wanyao Qilong Exhibition Co., Ltd., based in East China with influence extending across Asia. Over the past six years, BIC has witnessed and supported the growth of China’s prefabricated construction industry—from its beginnings, through trial and error, to its current stage of innovation and prosperity.
With the active involvement of leading prefabricated construction companies, BIC stays closely aligned with industry policies, expands its regional impact, bridges upstream and downstream supply chains, and promotes overall industry development. By integrating valuable domestic and international resources, BIC has become Asia’s premier exhibition for construction industrialization.

Exhibition Venue
The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) is a joint project between the Ministry of Commerce and the Shanghai Municipal Government. It is invested in, constructed, and operated by the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Covering a total construction area of 1.47 million square meters, with 1.27 million square meters above ground, it is currently the largest single building and exhibition complex in the world.
Strategically located in the Yangtze River Delta, the center serves all of China and reaches out globally. Its innovative planning and design, along with comprehensive service functions, support the adjustment of China’s industrial structure, facilitate the transformation of its economic development model, and contribute to the rapid and sustainable growth of China’s economy and society.
