Floor area: 11,356 square meters

Building area: 94,502 square meters

The project includes:

  • 3 residential buildings, each 18 stories high
  • 5 residential buildings, each 11 stories high
  • 10 residential buildings, each 3 stories high

Additionally, there is one large underground garage serving the complex.

2. Innovative Technologies

Beyond the commonly used prefabricated stairs and air conditioning panels, Building 17 integrates advanced sandwich-type insulated core wall panels for residential units. These panels feature an insulation layer sandwiched between indoor and outdoor concrete wall panels, providing enhanced thermal performance while matching the structural lifespan of the building.
