Project OverviewThe Kumak Building project is located in the Technology Industrial Park of Guangming New District, Shenzhen. The east side is a high-end talent room, the south side is an open space, the west side is a photoelectric enterprise accelerator, and the north side is the Jinxinnong Building. It is 2500 meters away from Guangming Street Station on Metro Line 6 (under construction).The main body of this project is a fully assembled steel structure, with prefabricated components including prefabricated steel columns, prefabricated steel beams, and prefabricated steel stairs, where the steel columns are steel-concrete columns. All prefabricated components are made into finished parts by the processing plant and assembled on site uniformly. It has the characteristics of light structural weight, good overall performance, and green and sustainable materials.The floor slab adopts reinforced steel truss floor support plate cast-in-place floor slab, and the prefabricated components include prefabricated reinforced steel truss floor support plate. Prefabricated components on each floor are processed uniformly by the factory and assembled on site. Eliminate the need for concrete floor scaffolding, formwork installation, and dismantling work.The interior and exterior walls adopt prefabricated wall panels, and the prefabricated components include prefabricated ALC lightweight interior wall panels and prefabricated ALC lightweight exterior wall panels. Standardized design of prefabricated componentsThe prefabricated components of the project’s steel structure include prefabricated steel columns, prefabricated steel beams, and prefabricated steel stairs. The prefabricated steel components are further designed according to the construction drawings, and a three-dimensional model of the steel structure is created using Tekla structure software. The detailed processing drawings of individual components are output, and the nodes are clear and distinct.The main floor slab of the project adopts a combination of steel truss floor slabs, and the prefabricated steel truss floor slabs are processed according to the layout plan provided in the design drawings.
The main wall panels of the project are prefabricated ALC lightweight exterior wall panels and prefabricated ALC lightweight interior wall panels. The prefabricated ALC lightweight wall panels are processed according to the layout plan provided in the design drawings.
Application of prefabricated technologyPrefabricated steel componentsThe main structure of this project is made of all steel, with prefabricated steel columns connected by welding, and prefabricated steel beams and stairs connected by high-strength bolts.
Prefabricated steel truss floor slabThe floor slab is cast-in-place using steel truss formwork, and bolts are welded onto the steel beams.
Prefabricated ALC lightweight exterior wall panelPrior to installation of prefabricated ALC lightweight exterior wall panels, channel steel shall be pre embedded in the floor slab. The ALC exterior wall panels shall be connected to the angle steel and pre embedded parts by welding. The prefabricated ALC lightweight exterior wall panels shall be fixed to the angle steel by welding with hook bolts.
Prefabricated ALC lightweight interior wall panelBefore installing prefabricated ALC lightweight interior wall panels, 200mm guide walls need to be poured on the walls of bathrooms, tea rooms, etc. The bottom of the interior wall panels should be fixed with pre mixed mortar, and the top of the panels should be anchored with pipe clamps.
