1. Welcome to Xiong’an – The Future City!
On January 2, 2019, the Overall Plan for Xiong’an New District in Hebei Province (2018–2035) was approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. This visionary blueprint immediately captured widespread attention. It portrays a future city where nature and urban life harmoniously intertwine—featuring vibrant blue skies, lush greenery, and integrated waterways—fully embodying new development concepts and the essence of the “Xiong’an Model.”

According to the plan, by 2035, Xiong’an will transform into a high-level socialist modern city characterized by green, low-carbon, intelligent information systems, livability, business friendliness, strong competitiveness, and environmental harmony.

Prefabricated low-energy buildings, known for their high energy efficiency, have rapidly developed worldwide in recent years. Amid growing energy crises and environmental concerns, these buildings serve as a powerful tool in combating climate change and reducing energy consumption, representing the global trend in building energy efficiency.

As Xiong’an New Area embarks on large-scale construction, it will become a future city integrating advanced green buildings, prefabricated structures, digital technologies, and more—reflecting the high-quality standards of modern urban development.

The 4th Devis Construction Expo Awaits You in Xiong’an!
To continuously support the green and smart development of Xiong’an, the “4th Xiong’an Urban Construction and Green Building Expo” alongside the “4th Xiong’an Installation and Distribution Building and Green Building Materials Exhibition” will be held from September 10 to 12, 2020, at Xiongxian Packaging City Square in Xiong’an New Area. This event is jointly organized by the China Green Building Materials Industry Development Alliance, China Building Materials Industry Planning and Research Institute, Zhongguancun Human Settlements Environment Engineering and Materials Research Institute, and hosted by Dewei International Exhibition (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Xiongjian International Exhibition Co., Ltd.

The exhibition theme, “Using Green as a Medium – Building a Beautiful Xiong’an City for Thousands of Years,” will cover more than 20,000 square meters. It will showcase the latest technologies and products in prefabricated buildings, green buildings, underground pipe galleries, sponge cities, green building materials, and new building materials.

Due to limited space, booth allocation will be based on the order of enterprise registration. During the expo, high-profile forums, summits, supply-demand matchmaking meetings, and new product launches will take place. The organizer invites state-owned enterprises, construction companies, engineering firms, real estate developers, distributors, and industry professionals to attend, creating a premium platform for communication, exhibition, and business negotiations related to the construction of Xiong’an New Area.

• The 4th Xiong’an Installation and Green Building Materials Industry Development Summit Forum: Multiple sessions on hot topics such as prefabricated buildings, industrialized construction, ultra-low energy buildings, green materials, and investment will be held. Government officials, academicians, experts, and enterprise representatives will be invited to speak. Construction units, state-owned enterprises, municipal bodies, engineering companies, real estate developers, and distributors in Xiong’an New Area will attend.
  Forum speaking fee: 20,000 RMB for 20 minutes, including a conference room for about 200 people, projector, screen, podium, chairs, sound system, stationery, water, and pre-event promotion.

• Exhibition Procedures: Exhibitors must complete and seal the “Exhibition Contract Form” and send it to the organizing committee by mail or fax. Payment should be made within 5 days of registration to the designated account. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with the organizing committee reserving the right to adjust arrangements. Logistics, reception, registration, accommodation, and other details will be provided in an exhibition manual sent about two weeks before the event.
