Expert Profile
Jiang Qinjian is a professor-level senior engineer who graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Southeast University, specializing in Building Materials and Products. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University.
He currently serves as the President of the Beijing Prefabricated Building Engineering Research Institute and Chief Engineer at Beijing Yugou Co., Ltd.
Jiang has led several major research projects, including the key science and technology project “Research on Key Technologies for Residential Industrialization” commissioned by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. He was also the sub-project leader of the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan Science and Technology Support Project focused on “Research on Key Technologies for the Application of High Strength Steel Bars and High Performance Concrete.” Additionally, he led the National Twelfth Five-Year Science and Technology Support Project on “Research and Demonstration of New Prefabricated and Prefabricated Building Integration Technology.”
Among his achievements, Jiang developed advanced decorative concrete curtain wall panel technology that earned a third prize from Beijing Xinghuo Technology, as well as a third prize for excellent engineering survey and design.
He has published over 10 papers in national core journals and holds one national invention patent along with eight utility model patents. Jiang has contributed to more than 10 national or industry standards and technical publications.
He served as the editor for the Beijing local standard “Quality Inspection Standard for Prefabricated Concrete Prefabricated Assembled Components” (DB11/T968-3013) and the construction industry product standard “Grouting Material for Reinforcement Sleeve Connections.” He has also contributed to standards such as the “Code for Design of Concrete Structures,” “Code for Construction of Concrete Structures,” “Technical Specification for Prefabricated Concrete Structures,” “Technical Specification for Prefabricated Buildings,” and “Application Technical Specification for Grouting Connection of Steel Reinforcement Sleeve.” Moreover, Jiang hosted the preparation of national standard drawings for “Prefabricated Concrete Exterior Wall Hanging Panels” and “Prefabricated Concrete Viewing Panels.”
