Step 2: Upset the steel bar end.

Step 3: Cut straight threads on the steel bar end.

Step 4: Connect the steel bars using connecting sleeves.

2. Product Advantages
Safe and Reliable: The joint provides high strength, fully utilizing the tensile and compressive capabilities of the steel bars. It meets the requirements of various domestic and international standards, including Chinese standard (JGJ107), American standards (ACI318, ACI349), British standard (BS8110), French standard (NF35-20-1), German standard (DIN1045), and ISO15835.
Simple and Efficient: The process offers high productivity with straightforward operation. On-site upsetting and threading of a wire head can be completed in under one minute, ensuring fast connections.
Wide Applicability: Multiple joint types are available, suitable for various working conditions such as steel cages and bent steel bars.
Strong Adaptability: The system performs well under challenging conditions, including power outages, wind, rain, snow, ultra-high environments, and underwater applications.
Energy Saving and Environmentally Friendly: This method promotes environmental protection, material conservation, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Installation Process

Step 1: Prepare steel wire heads on both steel bars, ensuring they meet the standard specifications.
