Prefabricated: A Quick Guide to Building Sustainable Industrial Structures

(Source: Yuanda Meizhai)

During the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, “green development” emerged as a key focus, drawing significant attention to the industrialization of construction. The Bhouse Yuanda Beautiful Residence adopts a green, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly industrial construction method, enabling delivery in as little as 30 days. How is this rapid process achieved? Let’s explore the construction stages of Bhouse together.

1. Digital Design

Bhouse Yuanda Meizhai follows principles of comfort and ultimate product design, embracing green concepts of energy conservation and environmental protection. It utilizes advanced, intelligent, and precise overall design technology to optimize every detail in advance, reducing on-site issues and ensuring standardized production of parts and components.

This approach guarantees building quality and enhances living experience through reasonable spatial layouts. The architecture harmoniously integrates practicality and aesthetics, respects the balance between humans and nature, reduces environmental harm, and minimizes resource waste. All materials used are non-toxic and odorless. Designs are personalized and driven by digital technology, blending virtual and real environments throughout the process to maintain unified design standards.

2. Factory Production

Every wall, floor, balcony, and other precast reinforced concrete (PC) components of Bhouse are manufactured in the factory. Each PC element undergoes nine key processes, including mold installation, curing, and pouring, ensuring precision and quality control.

3. Intelligent Delivery

Our manufacturing bases are distributed nationwide, with industrial hubs established in four major city clusters: the Bohai Rim, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Pearl River Delta. We have developed a 24-hour IoT network for PC component distribution across more than ten major cities.

4. Mechanical Installation

The installation process involves six main stages and nearly 200 detailed steps, all performed with standardized precision. Each step is carefully measured to maintain strict quality control throughout. The platform coordinates overall management and schedules installation plans to avoid repetition and waste.

With just one heavy crane, eight skilled industrial workers, and 44 PC panels, the main installation of Fengdan Bailu can be completed within 960 minutes.

5. Componentized Decoration

Bhouse employs a component-based decoration method where the entire kitchen, bathroom, doors, windows, and other parts are manufactured in the factory. Pipelines for water and electricity are pre-installed and embedded within these components. All decoration materials are green and environmentally friendly, eliminating the need for wet operations on site and reducing harmful residue.

This approach replaces traditional manual labor, overcoming human uncertainty and inconsistency, thus ensuring high-quality integrated decoration.
