To the Construction Bureaus (Commissions) of Each District and City, Transportation and Construction Bureaus of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, and Relevant Units:
In line with the provincial government’s directive to promote sustainable and healthy growth within the construction industry and to actively advance the development of prefabricated buildings, the provincial department has taken steps to accelerate the integrated use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. This integration spans the entire lifecycle of engineering projects, including planning, surveying, design, construction, as well as operation and maintenance.
To support this initiative, the provincial department has organized the preparation of the “Fujian Province BIM Technology Application Guidelines.” Following extensive consultation and expert review, these guidelines are now officially issued for your reference and implementation.
