Advanced BIM Applications for Detailed Design of Prefabricated and Assembled Concrete Structures in Construction

1. BIM technology should be utilized in the layout, disassembly, design, and node detailing of prefabricated components within prefabricated concrete structures.

2. Using the construction drawing design model or construction drawings, along with the prefabrication plan and construction process plan, a detailed design model can be developed. This model facilitates the design of prefabricated component disassembly, component design, node detailing, and more. It also enables the generation of bills of quantities, plan and elevation layout drawings, detailed node drawings, and component drawings.

3. When disassembling prefabricated components, their position, size, and other relevant details should be determined based on factors such as construction lifting equipment, transportation methods, road conditions, and the production capabilities of prefabrication manufacturers, following standard modules.

4. The detailed design model can be used for collision detection at installation nodes, interference checks between professional pipelines and reserved embeds, construction process collision inspections, and verification of installation feasibility.
