The application outcomes of BIM simulation in industrial organizations should encompass construction organization models, virtual walkthrough files, and construction organization optimization reports. These optimization reports must include both a construction schedule optimization report and a resource allocation optimization report.
2. Beyond the standard features outlined in Article 3.0.6, BIM software designed for construction organization simulation should also provide the following specialized functions:
2.1 Division of the working face area model;
2.2 Linking relevant information, such as the construction schedule and resource allocation plan, to the model;
2.3 Performing collision detection, which includes both spatial and temporal conflict checks, as well as clearance checks;
2.4 Comprehensive recording of all conflicts encountered within the project;
2.5 Generating simulation reports along with corresponding visualization data.
