1. BIM technology should be utilized in the production of concrete prefabricated components, industrial processing of steel bars, prefabricated curtain wall fabrication, decoration and finishing prefabrication, mechanical and electrical product processing, as well as steel structural component manufacturing in construction.
2. Prefabrication production must derive processing references from detailed design models, attaching or linking the prefabricated processing result information to these models to create a comprehensive prefabricated processing model.
3. Prefabricated processing units need to develop a digital coding system and workflow tailored to their specific operational requirements.
4. BIM software used for prefabrication should include features for generating precise machining drawings.
5. CNC machining equipment should be integrated with dedicated digital machining software, ensuring that input data formats are fully compatible with both the CNC platforms and the associated models.
6. It is recommended to link finished product management information, such as IoT labels including barcodes and electronic tags, with the prefabricated processing models.
7. Information regarding the installation and logistics transportation of prefabricated products should also be attached to or associated with the corresponding models.
