1. BIM deliverables for mechanical and electrical product processing should encompass the following: mechanical and electrical product processing models, detailed processing drawings, and technical specifications along with installation requirements related to product modules.

2. Beyond the provisions of Articles 3.0.6 and 8.1.4, BIM software used for mechanical and electrical product processing should, in addition to standard features, ideally include these specialized capabilities:

  1. Ability to exchange data seamlessly with digital processing equipment;

  2. Support for model-based product module segmentation, process design, virtual manufacturing, pre-assembly, and performance evaluation;

  3. Capability to record and manage information concerning product module preparation, digital production, logistics transportation, and installation;

  4. Features for visualizing design details and production workflows, simulating product processing virtually, simulating assembly of virtual processing module products, and facilitating human-machine interaction during virtual processing.
