2. Beyond the common functions outlined in Article 3.0.6, BIM software designed for construction drawing budgeting must also support these specialized features:
1. Ability to receive or create construction drawing budget models;
2. Preparation of the bidding budget bill of quantities, bidding control price, bidding budget bill of quantities, and quotation sheet;
3. Compliance with the “Valuation Specification for Construction Engineering Bill of Quantities” (GB50500) and relevant local professional quota standards;
4. Importing enterprise-specific quotas;
5. Generation of bill of quantities items along with the determination of comprehensive unit prices;
6. Output of the bidding budget bill of quantities, bidding control price, bidding budget bill of quantities, and quotation sheet;
7. Output of the construction drawing budget model.
