1. The deliverables of quality management BIM should include the quality management model, quality management information (such as quality issue handling details), and quality acceptance reports.
In addition to the common features outlined in Article 3.0.6, quality management BIM software must also provide the following specialized functions:
• Generate quality acceptance checkpoints based on the quality acceptance plan;
• Comply with local construction quality acceptance data regulations relevant to building projects;
• Allow attachment of quality acceptance information and link it to individual model elements or groups of elements;
• Enable attachment of quality issues and their resolution information, associating them with specific model elements or combinations;
• Support integrated model queries, browsing, and display of information related to quality acceptance, quality issues, and their resolutions;
• Generate and export quality acceptance forms.
