What Regulations Should Standard Part Coding Formats Follow?

1. Part Type: Please refer to section B.2.3 for detailed information. The part type must be included in the part number.

2. Serial Number: This is a natural number starting from 1, assigned sequentially. Each part within a batch has a unique serial number, which must be included in the part number.

For example, Number 3: L1 indicates the first angle steel part in the batch specified in the folder.

  B.2.3 Naming Code for Steel Structural Components: The naming codes must comply with the regulations outlined in the table below.
