Troubleshooting A360 Cloud Rendering Errors: Open Online in Your Browser
Issue: When sending images from 3ds Max to the A360 Cloud renderer, you may encounter an error message in your browser. The message indicates that the A360 library will try to open online automatically during rendering and uploading. Instead, the browser shows errors on a blank page, such as:
xoauth_problem = token_rejectedoauth_error_message = Token%20Is%20Rejected
Despite this, users are still able to access the A360 library by logging into a separate webpage manually.
Cause: This issue is typically caused by cached data in your web browser.
Solution: To resolve this problem, clear your browser cache. This applies to Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and other browsers you may be using.
