How to Place Revit Components on Horizontal Air Vents of Ducts

Start by opening the Mechanical Template.

Switch to the 3D View for better visualization.

Begin modeling the ducts.

Navigate to the functional area system: HVACAir duct terminal device.

Select the air grill from the available options.

Use the ribbon menu to modify or place air duct end devices: go to LayoutInstall the air duct end onto the air duct.

Finally, place the air vent in the desired location.
