How to Create Asymmetrical Flying Edge Corners in Revit

How to Create Flying Edge Corners with Different Sizes on Both Sides in Revit

1. Begin by creating a standard metric model.

2. Set the parameters and angles along the XY axis within the scene, then lock these settings to prevent changes.

3. Select the layout, edit the path and contour, and be sure to lock the path as well.

4. Review the completed effect and test the parameters to ensure accuracy.

5. If the widths on both sides are the same but the angles differ, proceed with this step only. However, if the two sides vary, start by setting the angle to 90 degrees and then stretch another segment next to it. Remember to lock the reference line. At the same time, create two hollow stretches to trim the overlapping contact area between them.

6. After trimming, reconnect the segments so the corners with different widths fly out seamlessly. Finally, load the project for use.
