Whether for enterprises or individuals, learning and applying these modules in projects is very common. Many users choose to focus on specific parts according to their work needs. Here, I will share some insights on where to find Revit MEP 2016 video tutorials.
In fact, it’s not difficult to find numerous tutorial videos online. Here’s my personal experience:
1. Avoid relying on certain bargain platforms.
Many people used to look for inexpensive courses on platforms like Taobao. While it’s possible to find some good content, the chances are very slim. For example, consider a teacher delivering 30 minutes of course material for just 3 yuan — does that sound reliable? Moreover, some of these platforms have become notorious for counterfeit or low-quality resources. It’s often better to invest in quality learning materials than to waste time and money on unreliable sources.
2. Major video websites often lack continuity.
There are plenty of video sites such as Youku, Tencent, iQiyi, Tudou, and others that offer Revit tutorials. However, many of these videos are not organized into a continuous, systematic learning path. The quality varies greatly, and many are basic beginner introductions produced by companies for promotional purposes. They rarely provide in-depth knowledge, and there’s usually no support to help with questions or problems.

1. Use legitimate online learning platforms.
Online learning has become mainstream. It’s best to choose reputable platforms such as Baidu Academy or Tencent Classroom. Personally, I am taking both beginner and advanced Revit MEP courses on Tencent Classroom.

2. Attend formal training courses.
If mastering Revit through online courses alone is challenging, consider enrolling in face-to-face training classes. These offer direct interaction with instructors and a focused learning environment, which is especially beneficial for beginners or those who struggle with self-discipline. Face-to-face training can significantly enhance your learning experience.
