How to Change the Color of Volume Floors in Revit
1. Start by creating a metric volume and drawing any shape you like.
2. Next, create a new project. In an elevation view, set up several levels. Then, load the previously created shape into this project and generate mass floors.
3. Go to the View tab. Under the Graphics panel, click Visibility/Graphics (or press the shortcut key VV). In the dialog box, make sure to enable the volume category.
There are two ways to change the color of the volume floors:
a. Locate the volume floor in the view and change its fill pattern directly.
b. Alternatively, open Object Styles, expand the volume category, find the volume floor, and modify its material to update the color.
