With experience gained from previous rental building projects, including “ESCALIER Gobancho” and “ESCALIER Kojimachi,” the design team embarked on their third rental building project near Yotsuya Station.
The team is dedicated to balancing both commercial viability and social value within the small and medium-sized rental buildings that dominate urban landscapes. Leveraging economies of scale and close collaboration between developers and builders, they successfully achieved objectives that proved challenging in earlier projects.
The building’s volume alternates between the west and north sides, creating balconies that act as transitional spaces, enhancing the building’s commercial appeal.
