Situated in the vibrant city center of Da Nang, the AEC 4B Tower stands nine stories tall with an additional basement level. This project highlights innovative architectural design that integrates natural vegetation and optimizes natural energy use through sustainable strategies.
As a foreign language education center, AEC 4B Tower is designed to foster connectivity and energy. Its open space design, spanning from the first to the fifth floor, encourages interaction and communication—especially between teachers and students.
This interactive environment creates a strong foundation for open and proactive learning. Transparent glass partitions between classrooms minimize noise while preserving an open feel. Outside, green plants and flower beds enhance the building’s aesthetic. The rooftop features a swimming pool offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city, elevating the user experience. Additionally, a pedestrian walkway bordered by lush greenery evokes a rural atmosphere, providing a relaxing space for team activities and collaboration.
The building’s exterior showcases raw concrete paired with a curved clay brick louver system wrapping around the structure, emphasizing its distinctive character. Hanging and fixed flower pots add youthful, green vitality to the educational facility. Inside, both walls and ceilings feature raw and polished concrete finishes. The blend of architectural lines with rustic concrete materials creates an inviting and dynamic space—perfect for young learners practicing international languages. This embodies the core value that the 4B Tower strives to deliver.
