Throughout our careers, we have been fortunate to collaborate with exceptional and visionary investors, among whom Rongshi Park stands out. The investors behind this project share a profound love for nature and greenery. This passion inspired us to make the project an integral part of the natural landscape, celebrating lush greenery and environmental harmony.

The purpose of a park extends beyond erecting buildings; it is about seamlessly blending architecture with the natural environment. We asked ourselves: how can we integrate the complex functions of urban public service facilities while preserving a spacious, natural atmosphere? How can these buildings connect harmoniously with major transportation routes and appear almost ‘invisible’ within the landscape?

Our design process was inspired by the existing landscape, skillfully expanding functional spaces and extending views toward the lake. The park’s layout is thoughtfully planned, with building blocks interacting delicately to create a harmonious composition. Additionally, we introduced an open space at the hilltop within the hillside garden, ensuring ample ventilation and natural light for this tropical structure.

The park’s building facades were designed with meticulous attention to detail. Intricately carved openings not only accentuate the architectural beauty but also function as lantern-like features. These elements, combined with shimmering reflections from the lake, create a captivating night scene. This approach effectively solves nighttime lighting challenges and reduces solar glare during the day by up to two-thirds, improving comfort and sustainability.

Rongshi Park is more than just a construction project; it stands as an artistic expression that coexists harmoniously with nature. By carefully integrating architecture with the landscape, this project creates a unique space that meaningfully serves both the community and the urban environment.
