Whether it’s a summer getaway, a winter escape, a mountain hideaway, or a family retreat, Carezza Residence offers a unique sense of seclusion. Surrounded by panoramic views of the Alps on both sides, the design cleverly blocks the sightlines to neighboring buildings, enhancing the privacy of this residence.

The building’s exterior, clad in tiles, is designed to naturally weather over time. This aging process is intentional, allowing the residence to harmonize seamlessly with the traditional architectural styles of the region that have long employed this method.

The rugged natural surroundings reflect the harsh seasonal conditions typical of high-altitude environments. In stark contrast, the interior space of the residence is refined and elegant, combining wood, stone, and steel with meticulous craftsmanship.

This residence creates an inviting space for rest and relaxation—a true source of inspiration.
