The Suning Ruicheng project is divided into three phases for design and construction. The architectural design for the first and second phases has now been completed.
Ruicheng Phase I, an emerging urban landmark in the Gulou district of Nanjing, is situated within the Nanjing Science and Technology Park. This phase will serve as the primary office space and SOHO residences in the future.
The second phase continues the design concept and style established in Phase I. It adopts a C-shaped semi-enclosed form to highlight the balance between public and private spaces, creating a seamless connection with Phase I’s site planning and layout. Although its spatial form differs from the first phase, it coordinates with it to form a harmonious large-scale spatial sequence.

Project Overview
This project’s design thoughtfully reinterprets significant historical and cultural heritage while establishing a modern environment. It integrates diverse functions including retail, office buildings, SOHO offices, and residential areas. Through landscape design, the project connects the tower with the ancient city walls, creating a distinctive and comprehensive urban development environment.
The landscape design offers residents a variety of unique public spaces, while elevating the overall quality of the Suning Drum Tower project. This smart city development combines commercial vitality, low-carbon efficient architecture, and a unique spatial landscape to create a vibrant and sustainable urban environment.
