The design of ABF Developments’ new headquarters presents several challenges. Primarily, it must embody the company’s innovative approach to real estate, catering to customer needs. To engage the urban environment, the building should feature dynamic designs and shapes that captivate public interest and foster a connection with the community.

Located in an older residential neighborhood lacking distinctive architectural features, the second challenge was to design a building that is both dynamic and harmoniously integrated with its surroundings. Additionally, the project needed to accommodate the administrative headquarters alongside various business and sales functions within very limited space.

To address these demands, the building features an iconic design composed of six slightly varied metal frames supporting two levels. These levels include product display areas, conference rooms, customer service zones, cafés, bars, and other administrative spaces. The weather-resistant steel roof, folded over a steel frame with a steep pitch, envelops the building. The glass facade at the front acts as a transparent display window, seamlessly connecting the interior public areas with the exterior, while the metal cladding ensures privacy without compromising natural light or views.

The interior design emphasizes the natural beauty of raw materials, enhancing their texture and finish. The concrete flooring provides a striking contrast to the weather-resistant steel, creating a modern, balanced space. Carefully selected, elegant furnishings make the area feel open and bright, accommodating a variety of functions.

Even the wall decorations and signage have been thoughtfully designed to reinforce the brand’s identity.

Drawing inspiration from the ABF Developments logo and headquarters, vertical lines are used throughout to create atmosphere and spatial continuity. This design strategy engages users at every level, delivering a comprehensive experience that highlights the brand’s innovation and high standards.
