This weekend vacation villa, located inland in São Paulo, is thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the area’s natural features: steep terrain and massive rock formations.

The land slopes gently from the main road down to its boundaries, inspiring a discreet design approach that seamlessly integrates the buildings with the natural surroundings. To achieve this harmony, the living areas are embedded underground, creating a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor spaces and extending the landscape into the horizon.

This single-story home is centered around a landscaped courtyard, with the main structure gently nestled against the existing rocks on the site. At the rear, the bedroom is shielded by wooden shading elements and opens onto the backyard, ensuring a private retreat.
