BIM Q&A: Importing ArchiCAD Models into Lumion for Rendering

BIM Q&A | How to Import ArchiCAD Models into Lumion Rendering

For versions earlier than 4.0, you need to first export the model as a Collada (.dae) file. Please ensure the file name does not contain any Chinese characters before importing into Lumion. To export, go to the SU environment, then select File > Export > Export 3D Model, and choose the Collada format.

Starting from version 4.0, exporting to .dae is no longer necessary. You can directly save the SketchUp model in .skp format and import it into Lumion. However, the file name must still avoid Chinese characters.
