Solution:
To resolve this error, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAutodesk Sharedadsklicense.
2. Right-click uninstall.exe and select Run as administrator.
3. Retry the installation.
If the issue persists, try the following method:
1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator (type CMD in the Start menu, right-click the first result, and choose Run as administrator).
2. Enter the following command and press Enter. You should see a message indicating that the service has started:
"C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAutodesk SharedadsklicenseCurrentAdskLicensingServiceAdskLicensingService.exe"
(Locate AdskLicensingService.exe, right-click it, select Run as administrator, keep the window open, and then reinstall AutoCAD.)
3. Attempt the installation again.
