The Plano Law Hall Lansett Building is one of the largest residential projects in Lansit, Bangkok. Its spatial layout is thoughtfully designed to respond to the tropical climate, incorporating elements such as natural ventilation, daylighting, and shading.

The building consists of two floors. The first floor features a swimming pool surrounded by an open terrace, designed in a traditional Thai style. The second floor accommodates a fitness area, living spaces, and a children’s play zone.

The gym is situated on the second floor, overlooking a green courtyard located at the building’s center.

The courtyard is adorned with trees, and a spiral staircase connects the lower and upper levels. This design promotes cross ventilation between the first floor and the roof while also providing shaded areas within the space.

Additionally, the building features a glass facade that filters solar heat while creating a private atmosphere for the second floor and the lower terrace.
The facade incorporates two types of glass: laminated glass with 10% reflective PVB film and corrugated glass. This combination generates diverse visual effects both inside and outside the building. Moreover, the interior lighting shining through the facade establishes a connection between the building’s occupants and the surrounding environment.
