Situated in the suburbs of Paris, this facility represents a revitalization of local public cultural policies. The project is designed to foster new energy in artistic creation, research, and education by providing dedicated spaces for artist studios, exhibitions, performances, and rehearsals. It serves as a hub for promoting diverse forms of artistic expression.

The building’s layout is designed in a radiating pattern, breaking away from the traditional “black box” concept. At its core lies the main auditorium, which is open to the surrounding spaces, allowing for over a dozen different stage configurations. This design enables simultaneous performances and exhibitions without mutual disruption.

The building’s clean, simple volume stands out among the surrounding developments under construction, bringing a calming and lightweight presence to the public space. Its crystal-clear glass facade harmonizes with the adjacent Louvre courtyard. The combination of an expansive glass facade and silver blinds creates an imaginative, artistic atmosphere.
Temperature regulation is integrated into the surrounding area through ventilation channels, making the entire building function like a greenhouse—warm in winter and cool in summer.
