This project begins with the goal of minimizing its environmental footprint and making the residence appear smaller than its actual size. To achieve this, the ground floor—which contains social and service areas—is partially embedded into the earth, creating direct physical interaction with nature and expressing a rural, organic style.
In contrast, the upper floor, primarily housing the bedrooms, is designed as a simple, elevated wooden block that appears to float above the ground.

The first floor, which serves as the main entrance level, contains the bedrooms enclosed within a large wooden box. Elevated to take advantage of its height, this space offers panoramic views of the surrounding lakes and streams, acting as an observation point.

The ground floor accommodates indoor social areas, outdoor social platforms, and service spaces. The first floor is dedicated entirely to sleeping quarters.

The project layout includes the following spaces:
- Ground floor: balcony, swimming pool, living room, kitchen, foyer, stairs to the upper floor, guest washroom, service hall, terrace, laundry room, servant’s bedroom with wardrobe and washroom.
- First floor: stairs from the ground floor, master bedroom with wardrobe and two main bathrooms, two bedrooms each with wardrobe and bathroom, guest rooms with wardrobe and built-in bathrooms, living room, and storage room.
