The first phase of The Forestias project, a carefully designed luxury residential complex by Thai developer MQDC, has been successfully completed. This development strictly adheres to the core concept of The Forestias master plan. The design of the villas draws inspiration from traditional Thai architecture, aiming to set new standards in sustainability, well-being, and harmonious integration with nature.
Residents will benefit from full services provided by The Forestias, a nearby six-star hotel. The project continues to pioneer innovative health concepts, experience-driven design, and demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting the local community and environment.

Sunphol Sorakul, partner at Foster+Partners, commented, “The Forestias is a private green sanctuary situated on the edge of our master plan. It offers an unparalleled living experience where residents enjoy top-tier services and facilities focused on physical and mental wellness, while fostering a strong sense of community.”
“Each villa is thoughtfully designed to maximize views of the stunning natural surroundings. The use of high-quality materials creates versatile living spaces tailored to the needs of every family member.”

The villas feature an elevated design that enhances views and improves natural ventilation. The space beneath the villas accommodates parking and mechanical facilities. The ground floor includes modern dining and living areas, bedrooms for grandparents, and a shaded courtyard that serves as a cozy family gathering spot.
At the back, a private infinity pool seamlessly connects with the project’s central lagoon, while the larger villas open onto terraces that blend indoor and outdoor spaces by connecting directly to the surrounding forest.
The upper level offers additional bedrooms and a spacious shaded terrace, ideal for socializing, relaxing, or practicing yoga.

The villas incorporate a unique ventilation system featuring sliding louvers that allow air to circulate freely, providing residents with maximum flexibility. Living spaces can be opened up to create expansive communal areas or closed for enhanced privacy.
The exterior design carefully balances panoramic views with privacy. The first-floor wooden sunshade screens, crafted from locally sourced bamboo, provide shading while softly filtering natural light into the interiors. The upper levels feature aluminum rain screens and stone cladding that complement the design.
The elegant sunshades not only protect from the sun but also reflect local cultural aesthetics, enhancing privacy while maintaining a warm ambiance.
A large, wave-inspired aluminum roof, lined with a wooden ceiling, improves drainage and is equipped with photovoltaic panels to supply renewable energy to the villa.

Residents also have exclusive access to a clubhouse that includes a private health center and a large infinity pool connected to the lagoon. The clubhouse’s grid-shell wooden structure provides a flexible, open space suitable for a wide range of activities.
